Shipping Policy – KAMEL Headwear

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS.

  • Delivery Times: Transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once shipped, UPS tracking information will be provided.

  • Wholesale Quantities: All items are sold in increments of one dozen (12 hats).

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

📜 Refund Policy

Refund Policy – KAMEL Headwear

At KAMEL Headwear, all products are sold wholesale by the dozen.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing, or ordering errors.

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where:

    • Items are damaged upon receipt, or

    • An error was made on our part in fulfilling your order.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery, with order number and supporting photos.
