Welcome to KAMEL Headwear, operated by Ace Cap, Inc. dba: KAMEL. By accessing or purchasing from www.kamelusa.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Wholesale Orders

• All products are sold by the dozen.

• Products are shipped blank (no branding), suitable for custom embroidery or printing by the customer.

2. Payments

• Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

• Prices are listed in USD.

​

3. Shipping & Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipped exclusively through UPS.

4. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. Refunds are only offered for damaged items or fulfillment errors. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
